Lotus<\/a> has done it again with the introduction of their most aggressive Exige model yet, the Lotus Exige Sport 380<\/a>. The Exige Sport 380 is a big step-up from last year\u2019s Exige 350. It is faster, lighter and more powerful than the previous Exige iterations. To date, the Exige Sport 380 is the fastest sports car that comes with a Hethel V6 engine which sits the car right within the supercar territory.<\/p>\n

As its name suggests, the new model comes with more power thanks to its supercharged and highly-tuned 3.5-liter V6 engine. The car outputs 375 horsepower and 302 pound-feet of torque. This is a big step from last year\u2019s 350 which only comes with 345 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. The can accelerate from0-60mph in just 3.5 seconds (faster than the 3.7 seconds from Exige Sport 350). You can always get these results even if you use its six-speed manual or auto transmission. The aerodynamics of the Exige Sport 380 is also better thanks to a couple of improvements. The car keeps drag in check while increasing its downforce at the same time by about 60% better than the last year\u2019s 350.<\/p>\n
