It&#8217;s a grand touring car that is, well, super fast. With that said, it can hold its own on a racetrack as seen in the video below of the car taking on the N\u00fcrburgring. The guys at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCfhbz2OYnnVA0yTTGhh4-Vg\">sport auto<\/a>, decided it was worth it to see how quickly they could get the 812 Superfast around the track. The answer?\u00a07:27.48, which is fast for this kind of car.<\/p>\n<p>The video was posted just a few days ago, but there&#8217;s no way it was shot a few days ago, currently, the temperatures at the\u00a0N\u00fcrburgring aren&#8217;t conducive to putting up good lap times, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motor1.com\/news\/305261\/ferrari-812-superfast-attack-nurburgring\/\">Motor1<\/a> points out. The temperature the day of this particular drive was around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, which is just about perfect. That engine makes a strong\u00a0789 hp. The front-engined\u00a0car isn&#8217;t a track demon. Ferrari didn&#8217;t design it that way. As you can see in the video it can certainly hold its own with a qualified driver behind the wheel.<\/p>\n<p>The 812 Superfast seen in the video was wearing a set of Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. The team behind the video made no modifications to improve performance. This is just what could happen if you have the right set of tires and a good driver behind the wheel.
