Aston Martin just revealed the car with a wrap on it. The Vulcan was built to be a track-only hypercar, but Aston couldn&#8217;t let the car stop there. The company only built 24 examples of the car and one of those has been converted to a street model.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle will run in the Gumball 3000. <strong>The wrap on the car is called Vulcan Bomber and was inspired by the Avro Vulcan bomber plane that served in the British Royal Air Force<\/strong> until the 1980s, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motor1.com\/news\/353382\/aston-martin-vulcan-bomber-livery\/\">Motor1<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The only road-legal <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/AstonMartinVulcan?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#AstonMartinVulcan<\/a>. Mechanically, <strong>the car had to have updates to its V12 engine to make it emissions compliant.<\/strong> The clutch is also different and the gear ratios revised. Aston also softened the suspension some to make it ride smoother.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re thrilled to see this car in its special wrap and competing in the Gumball 3000. <strong>There&#8217;s a lot to love about the Vulcan, and we wish more street-legal versions of the car had been made.<\/strong> Unfortunately, this is the only one.
