It’s a 455 hp Wagon<\/h2>\n

BMW is not going to make an M3 Touring so Alpina has its B3 Touring<\/a>. The car recently made its official debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The B3 touring features a 3.0-liter twin-turbo straight-six that makes 455 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque.<\/strong> The power from that car filters through an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission to all four wheels.<\/p>\n

Alpina doesn’t stop there. The company put in a limited-slip differential and launch control.<\/strong> A 0-60 mph time was not released publicly, but the company did say that the vehicle has a top speed that exceeds 186 mph.<\/strong> In short, this is the car that enthusiasts wanted from BMW. At least it’s available from Alpina<\/a>.  <\/p>\n

Alpina revised the car’s suspension with Eibach springs, larger stabilizers, and variable damper control.<\/strong> The brakes are a four-piston affair. There’s a 395 mm rotor (about 15.5 inches) at the front and 345 mm rotor (about 13.5 inches) at the rear. The car gets 19-inch wheels or 20-inch wheels. <\/p>\n

Alpina also offers either a special Blue or a special Green metallic paint job for the car.<\/strong> If customers aren’t thrilled with these colors, they can pick something out of BMW’s playbook. Inside the cabin, the company allows for many upgrades, including Lavalina leather, piping, stitching, embroidery and embossing, and new door sills and floor mats. The car also has a new Alpina design for digital instrument display and infotainment system.<\/p>\n

The car will go on sale in the first quarter of 2020.<\/strong> Pricing for this particular model has not yet been announced. Alpina will likely do so right before the launch of the vehicle. <\/p>\n
