The Battista Was Only the Beginning<\/h2>\n

We’ve discussed the Battista<\/a> before. The model is a fully electric hypercar with 1,977 hp. It’s the first electric car from Pininfarina, but new information suggests it won’t be the design house’s last. According to Auto Express,<\/a> the company will reveal a new vehicle every 12 months for the next four years. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The next model that the company will produce is an electric SUV that will rival the Lamborghini Urus. The publication said that the SUV will break cover in the middle of next year. Pininfarina’s next four models will be more attainable than the Battista.<\/strong> They won’t be hypercars. However, they should be extremely impressive and likely feature extremely luxurious features and materials. <\/p>\n

The company said that the upcoming vehicles will be based on a platform that it’s working on with Bosch and Benteler. This platform will underpin all models and be a flexible one that can be used for many different applications. With these new models comes the need for Pininfarina to establish a production facility.<\/strong> The company may do this in Italy but it’s not yet confirmed. What is confirmed is the fact that there will be four more Pininfarina models and they’ll all be fully electric.
