After over 20 years of staging our January 1st drive, to save people from having to stay home and watch football, the Bowl promoters have given in. They moved their games to January 2nd!<\/p>\n<p>Over 150 cars gathered at 8:00am on New Year&#8217;s Day 2012 for the annual 100+ mile drive in beautiful western Marin County outside San Francisco, California.The 2012 running saw one of the most interesting, diverse fields of cars found anywhere. Notable entries included: Tatra, Iso Rivolta, Lamborghini Miura and Islero, Ferrari 512 BBi, Citroen Traction Avants, Morris Mini Minor, Maserati, Talbot-Lago, Peugeot 404 wagon, Fiat 2300S, plus many Porsches, Alfa Romeos, Jaguars, Lancias, MGs and Triumphs, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Photographer Maurice Liang documented the 2012 Anti-Football Run, offering the following photographs that show the eclectic entrants and the beautiful Marin County setting found on the New Year&#8217;s Day rally.
