The Mecum Auctions St. Charles 2012 sale was held on October 25-27 at the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois, resulting in more than $12 million in total sales and a 60% sell-through rate.<\/p>\n

Chicagoland\u2019s only collector car auction, the Mecum 2012 Fall Premier sale a diverse selection of 963 vehicles offered for sale over three days, with top result going to the 2000 Prevost Motorhome that sold for $160,000. Other notable results included a 1937 Chevrolet Street Rod, a Great 8 finalist for the Detroit Autorama\u2019s Ridler Award, that brought $125,000, the 1997 Porsche 911 Carrera Turbo S at $111,000 and a 1970 Oldsmobile 442 W-30 Sports Coupe for $100,000.<\/p>\n
