The 2nd annual event was staged on the 10th and 18th fairways of the Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton, the same show field for the big Concours.<\/p>\n<p>Cloudless blue skies greeted the healthy crowds that were evident well before the official 9:00am start time. Similar to <a title=\"2013 Amelia Island Concours - Cars and Coffee\" href=\"https:\/\/sportscardigest.com\/cars-and-coffee-at-amelia-concours-2013-photo-gallery\/\">last year&#8217;s event<\/a>, this was not your local Cars and Coffee, with a wide range of automobiles on display that included three factory BMW CSL race cars and strong club support from BMW, Corvette, Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz and others.Other notable cars included an Allard K2 Roadster, Ferrari 275 GTB, Jaguar XJR-15 and XJ220, AC Aceca Coupe and the ex-Jim Netterstorm Porsche 911 race car that had an interesting race history at Daytona, Sebring and other venues.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Cars and Coffee at the 2014 Amelia Island Concours was held Saturday, March 8th on Amelia Island, Florida.
