The Spa Six Hours 2014 was held September 19-21 at the 4.352-mile, 20-turn Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. In addition to the competitive field of more than 600 historic racing cars, rain was a frequent guest at the 2014 edition of the Spa Six Hours. The heavens opened up intermittently throughout the event, making the legendary track in the Ardennes countryside even more challenging.<\/p>\n

Photographer Jurrie Vanhalle enjoyed the challenge of crafting a set of images in the rain, however. He offers the following rain-soaked images from the Spa Six Hours 2014 races affected by the weather. We split up Jurrie’s photos into two galleries.
