{"id":381990,"date":"2020-11-18T01:45:57","date_gmt":"2020-11-18T01:45:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.supercars.net\/blog\/?p=381990"},"modified":"2024-03-24T02:20:52","modified_gmt":"2024-03-24T02:20:52","slug":"2009-pagani-zonda-gj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/2009-pagani-zonda-gj\/","title":{"rendered":"2009 Pagani Zonda GJ"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pagani Zonda GJ<\/h2>\n<p>The Zonda GJ was commissioned by a Scottish entrepreneur Gareth Jones whose Zonda S heavily crashed in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, the Zonda was originally built as a base C12 Coupe, but after what we can imagine to be excessive enjoyment, the owner sent the Zonda back to Pagani to get some repairs done, including the installation of the automaker\u2019s more powerful &#8220;F&#8221; performance package.<\/p>\n<p>With all the repairs and improvements done, this Zonda ended up carrying AMG\u2019s 7.3-liter V12 engine that produced around 550 horsepower. Not a bad number for a Zonda that\u2019s pretty much more than a decade old. The expected price is another matter entirely, as paying close to a million for a decade old supercar isn\u2019t exactly the kind of astute purchase we had in mind.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, we expect somebody to make a bid for this supercar if only for the fact that you don\u2019t see a whole lot of these models running around the streets anymore. The Bonham auction has been set for January 3, 2013 at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, England. The car was crashed again in 2017 and then sold to a Japanese owner who converted it to a 760 series car called the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/2016-pagani-760-oliver-evolution\/\">OLIVER Evolution<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Zonda GJ was commissioned by a Scottish
