Among the many production and concept car debuts are the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6551.html\">Ferrari 488 Spyder<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6554.html\">Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n LP 610-4 Spyder<\/a>, both of which will be commonplace in the supercar landscape.<\/p>\n<p>The videogame Gran Turismo nearly stole the show this year with both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6552.html\">the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6563.html\">Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo<\/a> which were made to promote the game. Whether or not these video-game racers translate to real-world performance remains to be seen, but they are some very impressive and radical designs.<\/p>\n<p>As we mentioned earlier Porsche released the highly popular <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6553.html\">Mission E<\/a> at the show but also took the oppurtunity to launch the Type 991II updated Porsche 911 line which includes a host of upgrades including a twin-turbo engine for the Carreras. This vastly improves torque response and Porsche says it increases efficiency about 25%. So we have a new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6559.html\">2016 Porsche 911 Carrera<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6560.html\">2016 Porsche 911 Carrera S<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6561.html\">2016 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6562.html\">2016 Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rolls-Royce released <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6558.html\">their new Dawn<\/a> at Frankfurt. This is a new four-seat cabriolet from Rolls-Royce that uses entireley new panels but shares much underpinnings with the Wraith. The new Dawn claims to have a completely silent retractable soft top operation.<\/p>\n<p>Many great sports sedans were unveiled in Frankfurt. Audi released both the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6564.html\">V6 Turbo Audi S4<\/a> and range-topping <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6565.html\">Audi S8 plus<\/a>. Alfa Romeo displayed their new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6566.html\">Giulia Quadrifoglio<\/a> and had a classic 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2 to compare it to.<\/p>\n<p>Mercedes had their own reveal party the night before Frankfurt for the Mercedes Dream Cars show. A highlight was the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6555.html\">Concept IAA<\/a>, but regular production cars came out one after the other and many with AMG models ready to go. Take for instance the flagship S-Class Cabriolet which was shown in both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6570.html\">S 500 Cabriolet<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercars.net\/cars\/6569.html\">AMG S 63 4MATIC Cabriolet<\/a> specification.
