Like all Aventador models, the bodywork of the LP 780-4 Ultimae, the final version of this model series, can be given an even sportier appearance with NOVITEC naked-carbon components. The designers of the automotive refinement specialist focused not only on spectacular looks but also on optimal aerodynamic utility for which they conducted extensive wind tunnel testing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As a result, the front fascia is upgraded with additional spoilers, one above and one below the air intake. In addition, the side intakes are fitted with tailor-made surrounds that route the airstream even more specifically to the front brakes. The NOVITEC designers\u2019 love of detail is also demonstrated by the NOVITEC trunk lid. At high speeds, its integral air ducts reduce front-axle lift and thereby improve handling stability. The distinctive NOVITEC face for the powerful sports car also includes air vents at the top end of the front hood that is longer than their production counterparts.<\/span><\/p>\n

The side view of the final Aventador variant is also given a sportier definition. This is achieved by the NOVITEC rocker panel trim in front of the rear wheel arches and the air intakes at the side windows, which extend further forward and route the airstream even more precisely to the radiators in the rear end. The NOVITEC air intakes on the rear quarter panels provide the engine with more air to breathe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Owners of an Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae wishing for a particularly spectacular rear appearance of their coupe or roadster can have a NOVITEC rear wing installed, which comes in two versions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The extravagant NOVITEC looks naturally also include tailor-made alloys that make maximum use of the available space under the wheel arches. The optimal partner for their design, construction, and production is the American high-end manufactory Vossen. The company from Miami specializes in the production of exclusive wheels for the world\u2019s most electrifying cars.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The wheel selected for the LP 780-4 Ultimae is the NOVITEC NL4 design with center lock fastening and six delicate spokes tapering off into the edge of the rim in the shape of a broad Y. This styling takes up the lines and angles of the bodywork and taillights of the Aventador. Despite their high strength and their enormous sizes of 9Jx20 at the front and 13Jx21 on the rear axle, these wheels are especially light. In addition, they offer individuality in its purest form with a choice of 72 colors that optionally can be combined with a brushed or polished surface finish. Naturally, the king-sized wheels carry especially wide high-performance tires of sizes 255\/30 ZR 20 and 355\/25 ZR 21.<\/span><\/p>\n

The NOVITEC sports springs ensure not only more thrilling looks, but further optimized handling as well. They lower the ride height of the Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae by about 35 millimeters.<\/span><\/p>\n

While the 6.5-liter twelve-cylinder<\/span> producing 574 kW \/ 780 hp and 720 Nm of torque remains untouched, the NOVITEC sports exhaust systems give the engine a more stirring exhaust note, which optionally can be actively influenced by means of electronically controlled butterfly valves in the exhaust. The exhaust systems are made from stainless steel and are insulated against heat loss. They allow the V12 to breathe better, which particularly in conjunction with the optionally available metal catalysts also optimizes performance. Moreover, they allow for saving up to 19 kilograms in weight compared with the production system.<\/span><\/p>\n
