The Regera<\/a> initially held the 0-400-0 record in 2019, achieving a time of 31.49 seconds. Prior to that, the Koenigsegg Agera RS held that record at 33.29 seconds.<\/p>\n

In their newest video, Koenigsegg<\/a> announced that it has reclaimed the 0-400-0 km world record, which was recently taken by the electric Rimac Nevera. They accomplished this feat using an out-of-production Regera, a car developed a decade ago.<\/p>\n

Just a month ago, the Rimac Nevera<\/a> set a record as the fastest production car to reach 249 mph (400 km\/h) and come to a stop. However, this record has already been surpassed. Koenigsegg is proud to announce that their older hypercar, the Regera, has improved the record by over a second. It completed the task in 28.81 seconds, while the Nevera took 29.94 seconds. The incredible acceleration and braking capabilities of the Regera, originally launched in 2015, were measured by Racelogic.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the Regera now holds the record for the fastest road-going vehicle to reach 250 mph (402 km\/h) and then come to a halt, achieving it in just 29.6 seconds. Once again, the mind-boggling acceleration and braking abilities of the hypercar, which was initially released in 2015, were confirmed by Racelogic.<\/p>\n
