Despite being a decade old, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series<\/a> retains its timeless appeal and continues to defy expectations. Introduced in 2013, this remarkable car boasted a naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter V8 engine, capable of delivering an impressive 622 horsepower (631 PS) and 468 lb-ft (635 Nm) of torque to the rear axle via a seven-speed dual-clutch sports transmission. The car’s suspension was redesigned, lowering it by 10 mm compared to the standard SLS AMG, resulting in a more aggressive stance.<\/p>\n

In their pursuit of excellence, Mercedes utilized copious amounts of carbon fiber, effectively shedding 154 lb (70 kg) from the vehicle’s weight. With a total weight of 3,415 pounds (1,549 kilograms), the SLS AMG Black Series became even more agile and responsive on the road.<\/p>\n

When it comes to performance, the SLS AMG Black Series still delivers. It accelerates from zero to 62 mph (0-100 km\/h) in a mere 3.6 seconds. With a top speed of 196 mph (315 km\/h), this car proves that it hasn’t lost its edge over the years.<\/p>\n
