On November 4-7 twelve Ford GT40s were reunited at the HSR Brumos Continental Historics held at the Daytona International Speedway.<\/p>\n

Among the many GT40s present was the 1965 MkII (#2 in picture) which won the 1966 24-Hours of Le Mans at the hands of Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon.<\/p>\n

Also present was Indy car team owner and former champion Bobby Rahal making his first appearance in his recently purchased ex-Essex Wire, 1965 MkI (see Photo Gallery page 31).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
