As of December 30, Stirling Moss will now be known as Sir Stirling Moss. Sir Moss was knighted in the Queen\u2019s New Year\u2019s Honors List in recognition of his long-term contribution to motorsport. Moss spoke to VRJ upon hearing the news: \u201cTo me, it\u2019s greater than all the victories I had while I was racing. It is a real tribute to the popularity and importance of motorsport.\u201d Moss was also awarded the coveted Gold Medal of the British Racing Drivers Club in November, becoming the first driver to receive the award.
