Cars now have to be built before December 31, 1997, and attract cars from F1, Indy, and F3000. Hybrids are encouraged, eg. F3000 chassis with F1 engines, etc. There are no restrictions to modifications, however, RAC safety regulations are strictly enforced. Avon tires are also compulsory.
