The 166 Barchetta, the TRC, the 196 S Dino, the 206\u2008SP \u2013 they were endearingly delicate and lovely, pretty; where the contemporary larger cars were somehow more aggressive, more imposing&#8230; sometimes brutish. The 1958 TR (along with Reventlow\u2019s Scarab) has always been one of my favorites.
