As such, the dominant engine used in the series is the venerable Cosworth DFV, which powered the lion\u2019s share of cars run in that era and celebrates its 45th anniversary this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Brendan Connor, CEO of Cosworth Racing, \u201cCosworth Racing is delighted to be principal supporters of the TGP Championship in 2003 as part of our 45th anniversary birthday celebrations.
