The first scheduled event is the Moss Motors-sponsored all MG race at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) June 6-8. This race will also serve as the MGVR designated \u201cFocus Event\u201d for 2003, where 38 MG\u2019s are already pre-registered to take part, and a record breaking 50 to 60 MG\u2019s are expected to compete. Also at this event, MGVR will award their prestigious annual \u201cSpirit Award\u201d to one of their racers who best exemplies the spirit of the marque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next, from June 26-29, the Vintage Automobile Racing Association of Canada (VARAC) will host their annual \u201cVintage Festival\u201d at Mosport, including the \u201cAll MG\u201d race for the \u201cSimms Cup.\u201d Last year, 24 MG\u2019s raced for this honor, and even more MG\u2019s are expected this year. Later, as summer fades, the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA), will hold their United States Zippo Vintage Grand Prix at Watkins Glen, New York, September 4-8, which includes their annual historic \u201cCollier Cup\u201d race for MG\u2019s and the \u201cT Cup\u201d trophy for T-series MG\u2019s. This large event always draws a big field and a large spectator crowd.
