One of the biggest disappointments to sports car fans was the firm\u2019s off-and-off-again approach to the Can-Am, where Enzo Ferrari promised much but, frankly, fell on his face.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Canadian-American Challenge Cup, launched in 1966, ought to have been right up the Commendatore\u2019s viale.
