The West Coast historic racing community was shocked to learn of the untimely passing of historic racer Ron Huber on October 28. Huber was attending a go-kart event in Las Vegas, when he fell from his two-wheel Segway Human Transporter in the paddock. Huber was rushed to the hospital with a closed head injury, but succumbed to his injuries the next day. He was 59.<\/p>\n
After retiring from his successful time-management business at the age of 50, Huber took up historic racing.
