VRG has already adopted Monoposto\u2019s rules for Historic Formula Fords (pre-1973) and will continue in this tradition. CF owners interested in participating in VRG events should refer to Monoposto\u2019s rules for F70 Formula Fords (1973-1981). In addendum to the rules outlined by Monoposto, VRG will require the same tires as required on the pre-1973 cars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe are excited to add this new open-wheel contingent to our group. We look forward to increased competition and larger Formula Ford groups, such as those that raced in the \u201970s,\u201d says Chris Shoemaker, member of the VRG Board of Directors and an open-wheel racer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">VRG is a racing organization based in the Eastern United States that offers four to six race events per season.
