Manufacturers tended to keep their new models until just before, and then they came as a surprise. There were no \u201cscoop\u201d photographs in magazines months, or years, before an announcement, nor was there the suspicion that the photographer had actually been tipped off by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nobody was ready for the Citro\u00ebn DS 19 when it appeared in 1955.
