That year saw the end of the Mille Miglia, but Sputnik went up then, too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For sure, 1957 was a year of milestones, but what made it really special for me was getting my driver\u2019s license and then helping my dad drive his 1936 Rolls-Royce Phantom II clear across the United States, from New York to the West Coast.
