Debuting at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, the Aventador<\/a> held the position of the company’s premier V-12 supercar until 2022. Initially, it featured the 691-horsepower 6.5-liter L539 V-12 engine, coupled with all-wheel drive and a single-clutch automated manual transmission.<\/p>\n

Throughout its production run, more improved versions were introduced such as the\u00a0 more potent S, SV, and SVJ variants. But for its final version, Lamborghini introduced the LP780-4 Ultimae\u2014the most powerful iteration of the Aventador.<\/p>\n

Lamborghini elevated the output of its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 to an impressive 769 horsepower, surpassing the original by 78 horsepower and outdoing the hardcore SVJ by an additional 10 horsepower.<\/p>\n

This upgraded engine propels the Ultimae to 62 mph in a mere 2.8 seconds, maintaining the use of a single-clutch seven-speed automated manual transmission. Alongside the enhanced power, the Ultimae boasts several of the Aventador’s sought-after features as standard, including carbon-ceramic brakes and rear-axle steering, a technology introduced with the Aventador S.<\/p>\n
