It is a high-performance grand tourer powered by a monstrous 6.2L V12 engine producing a staggering 820 horsepower, reaching 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of over 211 mph.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:259\">While the car&#8217;s acceleration and top speed are similar to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/meet-ferrari-812-superfast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">812 Superfast<\/a>, the Ferrari 12Cilindri prioritizes a different aspect: keeping the V12 engine.
