In 2017, Lamborghini commemorated the 100th birthday of its founder, Ferruccio Lamborghini, by unveiling the\u00a0LP 770-4 Centenario<\/a>. This model joins the ranks of previous limited editions like the\u00a0Revent\u00f3n<\/a>,\u00a0Sesto Elemento<\/a>, and the stunning\u00a0Veneno<\/a>. Each special edition builds upon Lamborghini\u2019s highest performing models, and the Centenario takes the Aventador to unprecedented heights of style and performance.<\/p>\n

Constructed entirely from carbon fiber, every piece of the Centenario is designed with aerodynamics in mind, enhancing its dramatic presence. The Aventador\u2019s V12 engine has been upgraded to deliver an astounding 770 horsepower, making the Centenario one of the most powerful Lamborghinis to date. This power, combined with advanced aerodynamics, enables the Centenario to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 217 mph.<\/p>\n

To ensure superior handling, the Centenario is equipped with a new rear-wheel-steering system that enhances maneuverability and stability. This system adapts in real-time to the selected driving mode\u2014Strada, Sport, or Corsa\u2014offering a tailored driving experience. The carbon-fiber cabin introduced a new infotainment system with a 10.1″ screen displaying telemetry, driving data, and maximum speeds. Only 40 units were produced: 20 coup\u00e9s and 20 roadsters, all pre-sold to VIP customers.<\/p>\n
