The McLaren P1 GTR<\/a> is a high-performance, track-focused variant of the McLaren P1<\/a> hybrid supercar, designed for the ultimate driving experience. Produced in just 58 units between 2015 and 2016, the P1 GTR showcases an aggressive design, advanced aerodynamics, and cutting-edge engineering.<\/p>\n\n

Like Ferrari\u2019s FXX<\/a> and FXX K<\/a>, the P1 GTR is a track-only version of the P1, offered with participation in a series of driving events at tracks worldwide, providing unparalleled access to McLaren’s expertise and support.<\/p>\n\n

The car’s exterior is optimized for aerodynamics, featuring a low profile, wide body, and adjustable rear wing for maximum downforce and stability. Large air intakes and vents regulate engine and brake temperatures during high-performance driving. Inside, the P1 GTR incorporates lightweight materials, racing-inspired seating, advanced digital displays, and a multi-function steering wheel for easy control access.<\/p>\n\n

Powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine paired with an electric motor, the P1 GTR generates 986 horsepower and 719 lb-ft of torque, making it one of the most powerful cars available.
