Although it has been over a decade since Reagan Rulau saved this historic treasure, the story of its rescue is known only to a small circle of fanatical \u201cBalchowskians.\u201d The car is Ol\u2019 Yeller VI, and its current home is the Mojave Desert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Between 1957 and 1963, Max and Ina Balchowsky assembled what would become a legendary series of nine Ol\u2019 Yellers at Hollywood Motors. MkV, VI, and VII were built concurrently as rolling chassis to be sold to customers.
