Born in 1959, he won the 1995 and 2000 Historic F1 championships and the 1994 and 2005 F2 titles and, over the course of his racing career, has raced over 100 different racecars. Recently, he spoke with Vintage Racecar\u2019s Simon Stiel about his many cars and experiences as he approaches the 30th anniversary of his competition debut in a Hillman-Imp.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>VR: What was the inspiration behind this?
