Moss bought the OSCA FS372 two years ago and had the car restored by Hall &amp; Hall. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/092508-1424-stirlingmos1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-673425\" src=\"https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/092508-1424-stirlingmos1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/092508-1424-stirlingmos1.jpg 252w, https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/092508-1424-stirlingmos1-222x300.jpg 222w, https:\/\/www.supercars.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/092508-1424-stirlingmos1-74x100.jpg 74w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 252px) 100vw, 252px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Stirling wanted his first race in the OSCA to be a round of the Woodcote Trophy, and Spa is next on the calendar,&#8221; explains Rick Hall, a partner in the historic restoration business Hall &amp; Hall, which Moss has chosen to prepare his racing OSCA.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He&#8217;s given the car a shakedown test at Mallory, and he&#8217;s delighted with it. Sir Stirling bought the car about two years ago but it was a box of bits at the time, so it took us until six weeks ago to finish the full restoration. Stirling has always wanted an OSCA, since he won the 1954 Sebring 12 Hours in one, and this is a very special example.
