But Big Dan did achieve immortality as the first American to create an American F1 car. Wonderfully, he called it the Eagle, and what\u2019s more, he won a Grand Prix in it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That\u2019s the wellspring of my enthusiasm over the recent announcement of a new U.S. team.
