The result of the hearing was that the County Planning Commission instructed its staff to prepare the Final Environmental Impact Report so that \u201cconditions of approval\u201d could be discussed at the next hearing, which has been scheduled for June 9.<\/p>\n<p>The project would be built on a 322-acre parcel that Malloy owns 14 miles northwest of Lancaster in northern L.A. County, and would feature a 3.6-mile road course with several alternative configurations.
