Born into a wealthy family, \u201cToly\u201d has never made any bones about the fact that his family\u2019s affluence has afforded him the opportunity to feed a lifetime\u2019s passion for cars and racing. From the Targa Florio to Sebring and Daytona, Toly\u2019s done them all and even built and run his own racetrack in Hallett, Oklahoma to boot. Casey Annis had lunch with the voluble Arutunoff in Tulsa to learn more about his fascinating racing life\u2026but it\u2019s taken us several years to sort out all of Toly\u2019s entertaining, but rambling answers!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>How did you get started in racing originally?
