\"\"<\/a>Zagato and the heritage of Italian design will be featured by the 2010 Fall Ferrari Festival in Saratoga Springs, New York on September 10-12. The event will be highlighted by a Design Symposium hosted by Andrea Zagato, current head of the iconic design house founded by his grandfather Ugo Zagato in 1919.<\/p>\n

The featured automobile for the 2010 Saratoga Fall Festival is the Ferrari 575 GT Zagato Coupe first presented at the 2010 Cavallino Classic. <\/span> This 575 GT Zagato is the final of six designed and constructed to individual owners\u2019 specifications, beginning with the 50th anniversary of the Ferrari 250 GT.<\/p>\n

This example was created for an American collector, paying homage to the 1956 Ferrari 250 GT Zagato Coupe s\/n 0515 previously honored at Pebble Beach in its styling details and color specification. The featured automobile represents a modern interpretation of s\/n 0515 in the blue and ivory finish as well as details such as the trademark Zagato \u2018double bubble\u2019 roof, air intake and engine exhaust vents on the front fenders.<\/p>\n

In addition to Ferrari and Zagato, a special exhibit will recognize the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo, whose history is closely associated with both Enzo Ferrari and Zagato.<\/p>\n

The Saratoga Wine & Food and Fall Ferrari Festival was recently named the top Wine & Food festival in the U.S. by a major lifestyle publication. \u201cWhat\u2019s better than a primo wine and food festival? The Saratoga Wine & Food and Fall Ferrari Festival is a three-day celebration of Italy\u2019s excellence in wine, food and automobiles, presented by the Italian Trade Commission. The festival benefits the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the summer home of the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Saratoga Automobile Museum.<\/p>\n
