Driving the same 1969 Eagle Mark 5-Chevy he took to the title in \u201969 (now owned by Doug Magnon), Adamowicz won at Watkins Glen, Mont Tremblant and Road America to claim both Class A (pre-\u201972 cars) and overall honors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seb Coppola took 2nd in both the Class A and overall standings with his ex-Jack Eiteljorg Lola T192-Chevy, while Barry Blackmore finished 3rd overall and won Class B (post-\u201971) with his 1976 Lola T332-Chevy on the strength of class wins at Mont Tremblant and Road America.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adamowicz, who also earned the Briggs Cunningham Trophy for Outstanding Inspiration and Sportsmanship at the Coronado Speed Festival, offered his \u201cdeepest thanks and gratitude to Doug Magnon, of the Riverside International Automotive Museum, and master mechanic Bill Losee who made the Eagle perform.
