While Bill is probably most widely known for having created one of the country\u2019s top concours events, it may come as a surprise to some that Bill is a long time, dyed-in-the-Nomex racer. While the concepts of \u201cconcours\u201d and \u201cracing\u201d may seem like completely different ends of the automotive spectrum, Bill has managed to bridge the two by creating a concours event that, at its core, honors and showcases racing history.
