Beaulieu\u2019s popular Spring Autojumble, now in its 20th year, takes place May 18-19 on the grounds of the world-famous Beaulieu National Motor Museum.<\/p>\n
Events Manager Judith Maddox said: \u201cThis year\u2019s show will be celebrating a number of significant motoring anniversaries, including the Morris centenary and 50 years of the Hillman Imp, as well as displays by a number of classic car clubs.\u201d<\/p>\n
The 1,000 Autojumble spaces will be selling everything motor-related, including parts, automobilia, literature and accessories, while the Motormart, in the Beaulieu Arena, will have up to 200 vehicles for sale, ranging from concours classics to restorable relics. In the Dealermart, there will also be an additional selection of quality classic cars for sale.<\/p>\n
The show\u2019s Motormarque feature celebrates a significant anniversary in the history of a model that went on to become a legend, or started an iconic design trend. This year, in celebration of 100 years of Morris cars, the Dorset branch of the Morris Minor Owners Club is putting on a special display of up to 300 vehicles. The club hopes to round up as many different types of Morris as possible to have a vehicle representing each of the 70 years Morris was in production and so far over 200 vehicle owners have registered their interest.<\/p>\n
The Walkabout Auction, introduced in 2012, was a great success and will be repeated again this year. Taking place on Sunday afternoon, it offers an \u201cend of show\u201d chance to buy and sell, giving exhibitors an opportunity to sell off surplus items of stock they don\u2019t want to take home with them.
