\"\"<\/a>VR:<\/i> Tell me how you first became enamored with cars. Like so many of us, I would imagine you were bit by the bug when you were a child?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

PM:<\/b> Well, I did get bitten by the bug probably when I was 7 or 8 years old. Something like that. My dad was a chemical engineer who worked for Mobil Oil Company, so I used to go to car events and boating events where Mobil sponsored either a car or a boat or their oil was used in the engines. So he was always interested in viscosity of oil and coefficients of friction and I was interested in speed and performance and elegant shapes. So, we had a slightly different take on why we were going to those events, but I did get a chance to learn about engines and cars pretty early on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
