Grand Sport Corvette Artwork<\/h2>\n

This watercolor rendering of the Grand Sport Corvette was painted by the artist Uli Ehret in 2004. The car is owned by a German race enthusiast who raced it just days before Ehret painted it at Goodwood during the Earl of March\u2019s\u00b4annual garden party, and it became the star of Ehret\u2019s very first art exhibition near Heidelberg, Germany. To thrill the 200 art guests, the car came out of the dark into the huge glass halls of the exhibition. One can imagine the sound and thunder of the exhaust pipes reverberating within the glass building, and to top it all off the owner left burnt rubber marks on the floor that remain still visible today. To celebrate the 60th birthday of the Corvette, 60 reproductions are available in the size of the original (50 x 65 cm) printed on high-quality watercolor paper, showing the car\u2014named \u201cAnna\u201d\u2014braking for the Karussell at the N\u00fcrburgring.<\/p>\n
