Supercar Run at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2013<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

For the first time in Goodwood Festival of Speed history, supercars will battle against the clock as part of the 2014 Michelin Supercar Run. Road-going supercars will do battle in a bid to reveal which manufacturer produces the fastest production machine.<\/p>\n

With representation from many of the world\u2019s manufacturers during the timed section on the Saturday afternoon of the event, an intense contest is guaranteed on the 1.16-mile hillclimb.<\/p>\n

The Festival of Speed will feature the dynamic debut of Honda\u2019s all-new NSX supercar prototype, which will feature a three-motor hybrid powertrain when it is launched in 2015. Other new models appearing include Volvo\u2019s new V60 Polestar \u2013 already a winner in race trim in Australia in its debut season and the Jaguar XFR-S Sportsbrake.<\/p>\n

As ever, the Moving Motor Show, held on Thursday, 26 June, will be a hotbed of manufacturer involvement with presences confirmed by: Audi, BMW, Citroen, Dacia, Ferrari, Ford, GKN, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Rolls Royce, SEAT, Skoda, Toyota and Volvo.<\/p>\n
