The 1965 race was, of course, marked by torrential rains that created havoc for the circulating racecars, but despite his car\u2019s open-cockpit configuration, Jim Hall and partner Hap Sharp prevailed over an international field of factory entries from Ford, Ferrari and Porsche, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Hall II will run laps on Friday March 20 before the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge race, and again on Saturday March 21 prior to the 63<sup>rd<\/sup> running of the Mobile 1 Twelve Hours.
