Certain cars that used to hold no fascination for me whatsoever, have for some reason started to pop onto my radar. Call it exposure, call it boredom or god forbid call it advancing \u201cmaturity,\u201d but some things now catch my eye. Such was the case the other day as I turned the corner in a local residential neighborhood and saw, of all things, a lowered Lincoln Continental convertible. The \u201cslammed to the ground\u201d (as the rodders call it), lowered Lincoln looked like 6-miles worth of shiny black sheet metal and chrome.
