Formula 4 gives each country the choice of approved chassis and engines, each one limited to 150 bhp, but everyone runs the same kit within the national series. One-spec formulae, I hate \u2019em.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They are supposed to contain costs, but everyone in motor racing looks for the unfair advantage and the more tightly regulated a formula is, the more expensive it is to find a loophole and one-spec sets a minimum price.
