Neville Hay is a great communicator and over many years has provided the commentary at race meetings, both at home in the UK and abroad. His work hasn\u2019t been confined to trackside broadcasting, but includes radio and television, commentating on events such as the British Grand Prix, World Sports Car Championship races, Bathurst, rounds of Indycar and most famously for Radio Le Mans. His breadth of knowledge gained through much research, experience and association with the great and good of the motor sport industry is invaluable. Despite advancing years, if you ever have the opportunity of listening to Radio Le Mans during the 24-hour race, Neville\u2019s dulcet tones will be heard analyzing the present crop of cars and drivers, as well as reminiscing on races of past eras. His first race commentary started in the 1950s, and he is still sought to commentate at events today. VR\u2019s European Editor, Mike Jiggle, took time to talk to Neville about his career and observations of motor racing events along the way.<\/i><\/p>\n
