Alongside its central theme, FoS 2016 will also celebrate the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500, observe the 50th anniversary of the original Can-Am Series and pay tribute to James Hunt on the 40th anniversary of his World Championship victory for McLaren in 1976.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 2016 Goodwood Revival on the weekend of September 9-11, will honor the late Sir Jack Brabham, 50 years after he became the only driver in F1 history to claim the World Championship driving a car bearing his own name. That 1966 crown was the Australian\u2019s third World Championship. Brabham raced and tested extensively at Goodwood during his career, and developed a number of championship-winning cars at the circuit.
