This year\u2019s event, whose celebratory theme is \u201cGoing on Holiday,\u201d will take place on Sunday July 31, departing from the Esplanade of the Chateau de Vincennes and eventually arriving at the Terrace of the Meudon Observatory after parading along the grand boulevards and avenues of the French capital.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will be dressed in period clothing and upon arrival at the finish will be able to enjoy picnic lunches on the Observatory grounds.
