Car Aficionado and Host of Discovery\u2019s Wheeler Dealers<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The surroundings we grow up in can sometimes have a profound effect on the future life we lead, that certainly was the case with TV personality and car guru Mike Brewer. Having a father deeply involved in customizing cars, Mike\u2019s passion for motoring began at an early age. Building a career as an honest and fair motor trader, importing and exporting cars across the globe, Brewer soon gained a great reputation within the industry. A lucky break let him enter the world of TV motor journalism and presentation. After a number of successful series for both terrestrial and cable TV companies, Brewer and his best friend, Edd China, started work on the first series of the now globally famous Wheeler Dealers program for the Discovery Channel. It was an instant hit with viewers and is now recognized as a flagship show for the TV channel, broadcast to well over 200 countries. Mike and Edd have been firm favorites with visitors at the NEC Classic Motor Show in the UK and in recent years starred on the \u201cLive Stage\u201d at the event. VR wanted to get to know a little more about the man in front of the camera, so just hours before he set off for the U.S. we spoke to him.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
