However, if there is one facet that has not changed, it is that a win at Bathurst is the pinnacle of motor racing in Australia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With its uphill turns and downhill twists it is without doubt an exciting circuit for both drivers and spectators, but there is one aspect about the Mount Panorama circuit that is often forgotten, especially by those outside the country. When there is no racing, the circuit is a public road that is open to everybody.
